Why a patch?
It’s just better. Pills and capsules release their ingredients all at once. Our patch is engineered to release ingredients slowly throughout the night, so you can drift off to sleep gently and sleep better all night. We think it’s just a lot more pleasant, too.
How quickly will I feel an effect?
Most people start to feel it in 10-20 minutes. You’ll start feeling sleepy, and you might even catch a yawn!
When should I apply it?
Anytime before bedtime. We think 30-60 minutes before is optimal, so you get that heavy-eyelid feeling right when your head touches your pillow.
Where do I apply it?
We recommend the underside of your wrist. You’re welcome to apply it elsewhere, but we found your wrist works best—we’ve tested it. Try to alternate wrists each night.
How long does it work?
Up to 12 hours, or until you wake up and remove it. Just try to use it when you have enough time to get a full night’s sleep—whatever that is for you.
How long can I wear it?
The whole night, up to 12 hours. That’s when it stops working, so no worries if you forget. Just apply our Sleep Patch before bedtime, and remove it when you wake up.
Do I have to alternate wrists?
You don’t have to! We recommend alternating wrists to avoid any possibility of redness or irritation.
What happens if I get the patch wet?
Nothing really. Don’t go for a swim (AKA don’t wear it in the bath or shower). But it’s water-resistant, so it should still work if you splash it a little in the sink.
If I stop using it, will that affect my sleep?
Nope! Our Sleep Patch is drug-free, and non-habit forming, so it won’t affect your non-DEEPS sleep. If you sleep better with our patch, it’s just because it’s working.
Who can use the patch?
Anyone who’s 18 and up and not pregnant or breastfeeding. Otherwise, we recommend talking to your doctor about it first. Our sleep patch has only high-quality, naturally-derived ingredients, but we can’t give medical advice.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic orders, we offer three shipping methods at checkout, detailed below. Please note that all orders are subject to an additional processing time that is separate from the shipping time stated below. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your shipping address.
Orders with in-stock items are shipped 1 or 2 business days after your order has been placed, except if placed on weekends or holidays. In that case, it will be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship outside the US?
We do! Currently, we offer international shipping for all products to the United Kingdom, Israel and Australia. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders, and packages may be subjected to additional fees upon delivery (Customs, Clearing, Taxes etc.) depending on the country of destination.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return any unused product for a refund within 30 days of your order being delivered—part of our “no nightmares” policy. Send us a note at orders@getdeeps.com and we’ll get that sorted for you.
We do not currently accept exchanges. All Digital Gift Card purchases are final sale.
What if DEEPS isn’t for me?

How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive a consistent delivery of it at the interval of your choice (every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks). You’ll be notified of upcoming shipments via email, and payment will be processed with the card we have on file. Your subscription can easily be managed (delivery address, shipping frequency, payment method, and more) via your getdeeps.com customer account.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Your subscription can be canceled or modified at any time by logging into your customer account and updating your subscription on your own. Email our team at orders@getdeeps.com if you have any questions.
