Subscription, Cancellation & Billing Policy
Some products on our website may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy offers. This policy explains how each of these works, including billing, renewal, and cancellation terms.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from DEEPS, you are agreeing to recurring charges.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize DEEPS to automatically charge the payment method you provided at checkout on a recurring basis, according to the delivery frequency and pricing you selected (for example, every 2 weeks or every month), until you cancel.
Key subscription terms:
You will receive automatic, repeat deliveries based on the subscription option you choose.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each recurring delivery, unless you prepay in advance.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next scheduled charge.

The amount charged, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees.
You can manage your subscription in any of the following ways:

By clicking the “Manage Subscription” or “Manage Your Order” link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails; or:

By logging into your DEEPS account on our website; or:

By contacting our customer support team at orders@getdeeps.com
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date.
Once canceled, you will no longer be charged, and no future shipments will be sent.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available or not currently in inventory.
We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.
If only a partial payment is collected, your payment method may be stored securely and charged later when the order is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a “try before you buy” item:
We will authorize (but not immediately charge) your payment method before shipping the item.
You will have a specified period of time to decide whether to keep the product.

If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full purchase amount.
