Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your DEEPS purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Unused and unopened products purchased directly from getdeeps.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible. Return shipping is on us.

To start a return, email orders@getdeeps.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received, all returns are inspected before refunds are approved.

Please note:
Opened or used items, subscription orders, and sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
